About

General Translation is offering up to $2,000 in translation credits to eligible Slash customers. We put those credits towards localising your app, website, documentation and marketing content, so your product ships in every language you need.

We use Slash ourselves, so this is personal. If you bank with Slash and your customers are global (or you plan to expand internationally!), we’d love to help translate your product into every language.

Why Slash and GT

Slash is building the financial command centre for businesses. They process over $30 billion in annual payment volume for more than 10,000 companies. Customers frequently cite Slash’s reliability, technical approach and responsiveness, which go far beyond what traditional banking vendors offer.

We are happy Slash customers! We particularly love using the Slash API, which allows us to build automations such as a GitHub Action that creates approved vendor cards directly from PRs in our company repo.

Slash cares deeply about serving global businesses.

“Every business owner in the world needs a bank account,” wrote CEO Victor Cardenas when announcing Slash’s Series C. Slash supports sending and receiving global payments to more than 180 countries, and introduced Slash Global Cards in 2026 to allow international businesses to spend USD without a US bank account.

We take a similar technical approach to product localisation: making it easy and frictionless for companies to reach customers wherever they are and in whatever language they use.

We’re thrilled to work with Slash to further our shared global mission and to help ambitious companies reach customers in every language.

How GT works

Localisation has traditionally meant wiring together separate platforms for code, content translations and versioning. An internationalisation library (i18n), Language Service Provider (LSP) and Translation Management System (TMS) each address only one piece of the problem and see only one fragment of context.

General Translation takes a different approach. We’ve built the full stack for localisation: connecting code, content, translations and review workflows.

Because we work across the full stack, we understand a product’s full context and codebase. Put simply, that means a better localisation experience for developers and end users alike. We take responsibility for ensuring translations reflect the logic of your application, keep pace with new releases, stay in sync across every surface (marketing site, docs and product) and remain true to your unique brand voice and terminology.

GT is trusted by world-class engineering teams at Cursor, Ramp, Sierra, Profound, Partiful and Cognition. We’re delighted to welcome Slash’s customers alongside them.

How to use translation credits

For eligible Slash customers, translation credits can be applied to localise your app, website, documentation, slides, design files, and other supported content workflows.

To claim your $2,000 in credits, sign up for GT. Fill in the quick Slash form on our page or redeem them on Slash’s website.

Translation credits are subject to General Translation’s review and approval.

If you’d like to talk through your setup first, or if you’re a larger team considering an enterprise deployment, get in touch with our team and we’ll be happy to arrange a demo.

We look forward to seeing where you launch next.
